Job Responsibilities:
End to end client delivery for all account management based work. Interact with the CST on day to day basis to monitor the progress on the account. Partner and collaborate with the Client Servicing Teams/ Account Teams on a variety of Account Support activities (Business Planning & Reporting, Project Management-PMO, SharePoint based Knowledge Management, Marketing & Communications, RFP, Procurement reporting and Invoicing Support).
