Celebrating 31 years of experience in Quality Management, Client Contract/Scope-of-Work Compliance, Project Team Leadership and Management, Training, Coaching and providing focused direction of Quality Control Operational Services. Responsible for Quality Management program development, implementation and monitoring for Production Analysis, Defect Identification, and Quality Assurance verification with the use of value-added “Quality Tools” to include: 8D Problem Solving, Process Mapping (pre & post studies), FMECA, DMAIC, PDCA, 5-Why, and Ishikawa (“Fishbone – Cause & Effect”) Diagrams.

Responsible for ensuring Site Team Contract, Technip NA and HHI project site QHSE specification requirements are consistently and properly executed during project lifecycle of fabrication, construction, testing, inspection, outfitting and equipment installation and final product quality documentation activities, as completed at the Hyundai Heavy Equipment - Offshore Facility in Ulsan Korea, and at support facilities at Subcontractor work sites.

Director of Quality, Technip Offshore Finland, 01/11 to 09/13

Responsible for the company's Quality and HSE Accreditation Management Systems, departmental and project QA/QC/NDE operations, supervision and direction of Quality Team members to ensure successful execution of Technip's Quality & Safety programs, its standards and procedures at the Pori-Mäntyluoto facility, Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant construction project and at temporary work sites throughout Finland.
