A highly experienced Senior Project Manager and FM Manager with over 15 years experience in the Estates and Facilities field I specialise in substantial restructuring projects to achieve efficiency, cost savings and cultural change. This includes fully managed works and Estates Projects up to £10M across various sites nationally.

Successfully implemented the £1.5m Estates Rationalisation Project, reducing the Insolvency Estate from 37 to 21 buildings over an 18 month period and saving £4m per annum.
