2016- 2016

Welder/Pipefitter DCM

• Worked along side of hydro crews on prepping and running hydro tests

• Obtained knowledge on installation of valves, psvs, blinds,and bolt up along with reading iso prints

• Experience in walking lines, checking for completion of lines, check- ing and completing deficiencies, and reinstatement

• Worked along side of pressure welders getting pipe prepped and ready for fit up/installation, and ready for welding

• Also welded and built many structural supports along with guides and anchors

Thunder and Lightening Welding

• Fabricated buildings and skids such as top drives, boiler buildings, generator buildings, accumulation skids, catwalks, pipe tubes and other various equipment for the oil industry

• Gained a lot of experience doing different types of welding from stick

(all positions), to mig and flux core (all positions)

• Have managed many different service calls with the portable welding trucks when needed

• Held the position of lead hand to teach apprentices the proper ways of doing the job also keeping tract of consumables and making sure the jobs were completed with in the proper deadline required

• Built cranes of all sizes from manual to electric as well as structural sup- ports and runways for cranes and buildings.

• Worked primarily with metal-core welding and also oxy/propane torch cutting.

• Fabricated skids, hydraulic pipe tubes and non-hydraulic pipe tubes, as well as manufactured various oil field equipment parts.

• Versatile with stick, mig, metal-core, flux-core welding in various positions and also have excellent skills in oxy/act cutting with some plasma arc cutting skills.

• Extensive use of band-saws, radiograph, radial arm drill press, burn-table/pattern cutting and hydraulic press.
