Welding, Fabricating & fitting (manufacturing) vapor recovery units for the oil and gas industry. Processes used - Fluxcore, MIG hard wire, Metal core and MIG stainless steel. Was certified RMD MIG 6G on 2 inch pipe. Welded with stick, but rarely. Operated 5 ton and telescopic forklifts, bandsaw, hand held band saw, torch and plasma cutter, torch pipe cutter, positioner, and grinders.

Fitting, welding & preheating (fabricating) large communications towers, operated 10 Ton overhead cranes for moving and squaring poles. laying out working off blueprints using MIG welders, torches, tape measure, chalkline, square, hammer,Dewalt 9 in. angle grinder,weed burners ( large rosebuds that are lit then spun continuously to get base plate at right temperature before welding, temp stick used to determine temp.) Welded with mostly solid MIG wire and some Metal Core also used air arc (gouger), torches and weed burners. I always passed the large base plate weld out the ultrasonic testing.
