Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Handled all purchase orders for all machining tools, quality measuring instrument, gages, maintenance equipment. Quoted the new jobs. Created, modified new or existing control plans, flow charts, FMEA, in-process checks and other document preparations required for product manufacture. Implemented and answered all customer corrective actions through customer portal sites for discrepant parts. Involved in operational problem investigations, which affect production and dealing with them in a systematic, timely manner. Worked with design engineer, outsource companies, and our team members to implement poka yoke methods to prevent product being ship to customer out of specification. Collected data measurements from floor personal to run CPk, SPC charts, Minitab’s and Gage R&R for customer PPAP requirements and for internal data usage as well.
