Process Enhancement:

Work in Hyundai i20, Hyundai i10 Wiper Arm assembly, Toyota Bottle jack assembly, Volks Wagen Screw jack assembly section and in processes stamping.

Analyzing root cause & implementing corrective & preventive action for Product / improve capability of processes.

Role & Responsibilities:

Improve production quantity with quality product and create the awareness in zero rejection.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Daily follow the 5S method and explain to all employees.

Achieve new production target with no rejection.

Follow to Production hourly report.

Daily contact the production meeting and explain the customer complaint.

Solve an OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).

4) From June ‘2012-November ‘2012 with M/s. VISOKA ENGINEERING PRIVITE LIMITE-Chennai as Production Engineer.

Company manufacturing of Air fin tube in various types of fin per inches and different length, radius tubes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Improve the tool setting method and create the new tool setting method for required fin tube size.

Achieve the new production target and finish the project earlier within time.

Development the kaizen work of fining machine.

Manpower handling and when manpower shortage that time refill to me.
