Monitoring implementation of IMS/ QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP and method statements and report deviations from management system and standards requirements.

Coordinate Quality & HSE activities between principal contractors, subcontractors and any other individual parties working for the same project.

Responsible to assure the acceptance of Client Inspection by coordinating NDT / Welding Inspector and client personal after getting back all the work done by subcontractor and Tyco personnel.

Visual Inspection of the Fit-ups RT, MT, PT (NDT) and to assure the work completion timely as per client provided drawings, Also to create the final dossiers for submission of all documents along with WRN.

To ensure the documents preparation and distribution is in accordance with IMS requirements.

Preparation of contract specifications, Risk Register, HIRA, EAIR, project quality plan

(PQP), inspection & test plan (ITP) and method statements for the Projects, SOP's, Checklist's, Conformity Reports, Audit Reports, Compliance Plan's for Audit Correction, Corrective and Preventive Action's.

Identify nonconformities in materials, products, processes, procedures & site Fabrication works.

Prepare and maintain necessary QHSE reports/ records and final QHSE dossiers for final submission to the clients after completion of the final Inspection and clearance.

Coordination and Reporting between the Quality & HSE MR’s and Quality & HSE Engineer’s Working on sites (Service & Maintenance Oil & Gas, Service & Maintenance Construction, Marine, Operation Product Sales Dubai, Central Commercial, Projects Construction, Central stores etc.).

Participation in site level QHSE meetings with the project team and the Clients.

Verify implementation of corrective & preventive actions against the nonconformities / Near misses and reporting results to Quality and HSE MR’s.

To ensure that all equipment’s, tools and materials comply with the project QHSE requirements and that the personnel have been adequately trained to use them safely.

To identify non-calibrated Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment's and make arrangements with Calibration agencies for timely calibration of the IMTE’s.

To be conversant with the company QHSE procedures & policies and ensure that all the people on the Fabrication Workshop observe and implement them.

Organize & conduct Quality, HSE and Induction trainings as advised by QHSE MR’s.

To conduct the Promotional Activities for Fabrication Workshop Employees.

To conduct Internal QHSE inspection / Audits, prepare inspection / Audit reports and issue reports to the concerned for necessary actions. Also to participate in client QHSE Audits / inspections.

To ensure that all the IMS documents are maintained and retained prior to 3rd party Certification / Recertification Audit, Also to participate as Auditee in 3rd party Audit to assure the system in place.

To carry out Supplier Pre-qualification by continuously monitoring and control.
