Responsible for all New Business, Marketing and Operations areas within the Northeast Division consisting of thirteen states.

Areas of supervisory duty include hiring and training administrative personnel, (New Business Processing, Policy Services, Clerical and Marketing/Internal Wholesalers.)

Manage and oversee all activity striving to achieve or exceed production measures for the Divisional Sales Organization.

Build and maintain relationships with top tier producers and other customers.

Develop and implement new sales and marketing strategies for Pacific Life products and sales designs in conjunction with Home Office Management and Divisional VP.

Supervise district office with 20 sales representatives. Assist District Sales Manager, 2 staff managers and 2 senior agents. Oversee / reconcile premium payments using proprietary system. Ensure applications are completed and placed in a timely manner. Generate Excel spreadsheets on sales results.

Hire, train and evaluate 3 office administrators providing sales support. Monitor administrative and clerical workflow and accuracy, providing retraining if needed. Help recruit / train sales agents.
