Dear Sir / Madam,

Complexity is part of my design process, Simplicity is my goal. I am expressing my interest to apply for a senior position in your esteemed company. I have completed a Masters in Architecture and Urban Design at the University of Sydney (Dean’s list of excellence award 2007) and have gained more knowledge in how to generate strong, purposeful and visionary urban design /architecture initiatives and concepts, and further my understanding of policies and guidelines, with the objective of winning more international competitions. My experience includes large scale developments and Master Planning projects in the U.A.E, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Australia and South Sudan. I am constantly developing my communication / teaching of architecture and urban language.

My experience has been developed drastically by working with Robert Nation, who is an award winning architect with more than 40 years experience in all facets of architecture both nationally

(Australia) and internationally.

My understanding of different cultures and accommodating these is a welcome part of my work. A Japanese flavor catalyst is added to my experience after vising Japan for two months exploring the architecture, culture, cities and the urban Japanese system. In addition, my work is always paralleled with academic context. Tutoring and assisting in several schools (Australia, South Sudan) added a special knowledge to my career. Please see my CV for further information about my experience and achievements. I look forward to speaking with you in the near future.

Yours faithfully,

Arch. Elie Mrad
