Major Project On “CONSTRUCTION OF PRECAST STRUCTURE AND CAST IN SITU STRUCTURE” in Graduation level.

Precast construction is modern way of construction. It is faster and economical way of construction. It can be used in large projects for to save time and to reduce construction cost. The concrete of superior quality is produced as it is possible to have better technical control on the production of concrete in factory.

Cast in situ construction can be used where pre cast span length is not adjustable (in this case span length more than 37m). It can be used where there is less traffic, more space available for construction activityIt can be used where economy and time is not a constraint

Mini Project On COMPARISON BETWEEN FLAT SLAB AND NORMAL SLAB in Graduation level.

The construction was that the flat slab has more strength with decorative manner and also increases floor to floor height due to reduction of beam and it is very costly compare to normal slab.

The normal slab has beams in it from which the floor height reduced and the resistance is also low compared to flat slab. The cost of construction is acceptable.
