Responsibilities The key aspects of this engagement were:
Interacting with Nestle nutrition field force
to understand the demands and marketing needs
of infant nutrition products throughout the
country.
Developing effective marketing strategies to
create and meet the demands generated.
Evaluating and hiring external vendors (third
party) to assist the field force in executing
the planned operation.
Developing necessary inputs including Standard
Operating Procedures, Training videos, product
detailing material, toolkits (standardized kit
containing required apparatus), etc. with the
help of external agencies.
Ensuring adequate training of the Internal and
External team.
Ensuring on time execution of the operation
throughout India; regularly following up with
the external vendor as well as Nestle
nutrition field force to ensure flawless
execution of the operation.
Following up with the external vendor for
daily status update (activities conducted in
the country and the products used).
Creating Weekly & Monthly Status Reports/
presentations to share with the team during
business review meetings.
Auditing external vendors for the financial
reports submitted as well as their performance
in the field.
Visiting certain areas in the country to
observe the operation and understanding the
problems faced during the same by the internal
as well as external field force. Providing

earliest possible.
