Intake- (Knoxville Office). This position is responsible for keeping a log of all the Home Health referrals for the Knoxville office, entering them into the computer, scanning referral information into patient chart, calling referral source to accept or decline referral.

Office Specialist- (Knoxville Office). This position is responsible for printing all physicians orders, mailing and faxing of orders, checking physician orders into Home Care Home Base when they come back signed by physician. The assembling of the admission packings for the skilled clinical staff; providing administrative support for the Company Marketers. Branch Billing Specialist- (Knoxville Office). This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing/Branch Manager with patient chart audits for billing by making sure all orders are back signed by Physician and scanned into Home Care Home Base.

Therapy Coordinator- (Jacksboro & Athens Offices). This positions is responsible for the scheduling of therapy visits for Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists; keeping up with the therapy counts on a daily basis; rescheduling of visits due to patient availability; answering telephone calls from patients and therapy staff regarding their schedules in both the Allscripts software and Home Care Home Base software programs; verifying Home Health Aide visits thru Cell Track; assisting in patient chart audits by providing therapy counts.

Office Manager- (Kingston & Jacksboro Offices). This position is accountable for those clerical and supportive functions that contribute to the smooth operation of interoffice systems generated by patient care activities.
