During the first six months of their stay here in the Philippines, the group conducted Feasibility studies on the business that they are going to ventured in, As an interpreter I do all the gathering of facts and translations., I am the interpreter of the General Manager in the negotiations and meetings with the lawyers, CPA’s and top management of the Filipino company discussing the Shareholders Agreement and the Business Plan.
