& Major Responsibilities

Responsible for managing day to day affairs of the company. Though primary focus remains on the operational aspect of the company, supervision and monitoring of the branches including administration of HR & recruitment and other office affairs:

Decoratively operate ERP System.

Maintaining all Record/ Documents of Security Guards in systematic manner so that the same are retrieved immediately on demand.

Decoratively maintain book keeping for smooth operation of the department including filling work periodical statements and staff affairs.

Preparing all Data, Periodical statements on prescribed Formats provided by the Country Head Operations and sending thereof to respective Offices within timeline and ensures tight deadline schedule.

Preparation of all Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports and submission thereof to Superior Offices on Regular basis.

Attending Daily E-mails received from superior offices including complaints made by the clients and discussing the same with undersigned for quick disposal on the same day.

Repairs/Maintenance thereof after seeking proper approval.

Maintaining manual Attendance / leave register of all office staff.

Maintaining daily complaints of clients on manual register/ ERP and removal thereof in consultation with Head/Regional Manager on priority basis.

Any other duty as and when assigned by the superiors from time to time.

Disbursement of staff Salaries & Allowances; calculate annual tax liability of all the staff of the Company.

Payment of bills for purchases, services acquired; utility bills etc.

Keep complete record of all the Fixed Assets of the Company; Charge Depreciation on assets at year-end etc.

Prepare monthly/annual Statement of Tax deducted At Source against payment of Salaries and Allowances and vendor bills.

Responsively deposited Withholding Tax into Government Treasury.

Assisted to development of Software from local software house.

Worked on MS Word, MS Excel and local software of the Company.

Trading activity (turnover and cost of sales), including write offs.

Allocation of other cash income received to relevant income lines.

Expenditure accruals/prepayments where necessary.

Reconcile general ledger with stock reports from fulfillment agencies and post necessary adjustments.

Stock accruals/prepayments/other adjustments where necessary.

Support Fundraising and post entries relating to provisioning.
