Lake View Terrace Memory Care 2016 – Present

Executive Director – Responsible for a 60 apartment Assisted Living Memory Care Facility. This facility was opened in 2009 and has had multiple problems with staffing and census due to inconsistent administration. I am responsible for day to day internal operations and coordination with the corporate offices located in Portland, OR to address these concerns and reestablish the facility within the local community.

Beacon of Hope Hospice 2015 – 2016

Area Director of Operations - Duties include oversight for all branches within the western region of our corporation. I am responsible to assist the Branch Manager in identifying and resolving any problems. During “quiet” times I work as a regional teacher/coach/auditor to make sure all branches are regulatory compliant and ready for survey.

Prestige Assisted Living at Lake Havasu 2014 – 2015

Executive Director – Responsible for a 60 apartment Assisted Living Facility with a 16 apartment, secured, “Alzheimer and Dementia” care unit. We opened this project in April of 1999 and were showing a profit three months later and were full in six months. Responsible for day to day internal operations and coordination with the corporate offices located in Vancouver, WA.

Coast to Coast Athletics 2001 – 2014

Baseball Program Director – Responsible for all Baseball Operations concerning international travel programs for high school age all-star players. Most years we would run approximately 12 trips to Australia, Europe, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Florida and Arizona. I also served as a radio sports analyst for KNTR radio.

Baptist Hospital and Health System 1988 – 1998

Senior Vice-President – During my ten years I held a duty assignment in Bullhead City, Arizona. My major responsibilities were Administration of a 120 bed, Medicare certified, skilled nursing facility and Chief Operating Officer of an 88 bed Hospital, with department oversight for plant operations, dietary and pharmacy. Additional corporate responsibilities were to counsel and train new and separating employees.

Assistant Varsity Coach – Special assignments are hitting instructor, infield play and base running. Conference champs 10 times. Regional champs 6 times. State qualifier 22 times; State champs 2 times; State runner-up 1 time.
