PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Relevant Solutions (Formerly Airdyne) (Project Engineer Manager) October 2014– August 2016

• Great Listener. Working in Collaboration with other managers, created a culture of listening to the needs of our customers. As a result, a customer praised our efforts and gave our company a recommendation for prospective orders, producing more than $4 million in future revenue.

• Excellent Communicator. Produced specifications to Mechanical/Electrical designers and project engineers that required minor clarifications. Without the need for frequent clarification meetings, each project was better able to maintain budget and schedule milestones resulting in every project shipping 100% on time (24 total Projects annually totaling $16 million dollars).

• Attention to Detail. Created and designed each project P&ID (Pneumatic & Instrumentation Diagram) with focus to customer scope of supply. Without the need for frequent design change meetings with the Mechanical/Electrical Designers, each project had reduced labor costs approximately totaling $80,000 a year in extra savings.

• Lean/Efficient. Developed Capital infrastructure improvement to yard inventory. As a result each structural item/pipe was easily distinguishable on appropriate racks to extract for project build reducing labor costs and saving the company $6,200 annually.

Airdyne International (Project Engineer/Project Manager) August 2011– October 2014

• Team Leader/Motivator. On a particular project where everyone thought we would not make it, I was influential by bringing everyone together to develop a mitigation plan. We were able to ship the project out on time/budget by keeping it a primary focus during the week and working weekends. As a result, the team exceeded the expected profit margin of 10% and turned it into 30% by everyone working together.

• Hard Worker. Focal Point for customer/vendor. Always went the extra mile to help the client even late at night to resolve manufacture/equipment issues. As a result the company received repeat business from the client.

• Synthesizer. Defined scope of supply by purchasing equipment, instrumentation, valves and gauges for customer project. Created a system in which items were tracked/identified for purchase. Consequently my method of purchasing never produced an oversupply of parts when the project closed saving the company $18,000 dollars a project.

Premier Technology (Project Management Intern) January 2011-July 2011

• Attention to Detail. Was entrusted with the nuclear sector of projects due to my keen eye for details. This resulted in projects shipping on time and staying on budget.

• Budget Driven. Managed material from multiple projects, synthesizing and tracking data obtained from company database to reduce overstock. As a result the company saved over $5,000+.

• Leader/effective communicator. Resolved issues with Drafting/Design to incorporate revisions to CAD drawings not meeting the customer’s specifications. This helped to reduce ineffective labor time (40+ hours a month) and expense (Totaling $16,320 annually) and apply those resources in more productive areas. EDUCATION:
