Mr. Taylor is a seasoned Superintendent with over 20 years of impeccable experience in Construction Supervision for various Educational, Retail, Residential, Restaurant and Commercial Construction firms. Supervised the DA’s prevailing wage contract(s) with five (5) Prime Trade Contractors from Contract Award to Closeout. Responsible for Daily Reports; RFI, Submittal, Sketch, Contract Drawing Logs; Project Meeting Minutes; Certified Payroll; and Contract Administration.

MAXXUM CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (9/2014 – 9/2015)

Superintendent for $2.4 MILLION Elevator replacement/upgrade at LIRR/MTA Woodside, NY station

Supervised company Carpenters, Laborers, Electrician as well as Elevator Sub-contractor, Electrician, HVAC sub, Plumber, Glazier, and Painter.

Superintendent/Inspector for Emergency Contract work with the New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA)

Supervised Electricians, Carpenters, Iron Workers, HVAC Workers, Glaziers, Plumbers, and Painters on Emergency Contract work. Projects ranged from completing new construction and punch list, to the installation of temporary boilers and oil tanks, to interior renovations.

NYC Rapid Repairs Program

Performed Quality Assurance/Compliance Inspections for Repair Work (Restoration of Heat, Hot Water and Electrical Power Distribution) done on private single and multi-family homes impacted by Hurricane Sandy. The scope of the work included initial Assessments of the damage, progress Inspections, closeout and verification of quantities installed and compliance with NYC Codes and project scope.

Supervised Union Electricians, Plumbers and Laborers for the demolition of submerged services (Boilers, Water Heaters and Electrical Services) and the restoration of these services.

Responsible for Quality Assurance and NYC Building Code Compliance with all devices and equipment installed.

NYCSCA Mentor Program - Superintendent/ CM Project Officer (PLA / NON-UNION) 2nd Shift

Supervised numerous projects under the New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA) Mentor Program. The goal of the program is to assist Minority, Women, and Locally Based Business Enterprise (M/W/LBE) contractors in contract and electronic (computer) competency and general good construction practices. In addition, emphasis is placed on maintaining the NYCSCA Safety Program, QA/QC protocol, and project closeout procedures. In addition, was responsible for pulling all necessary work permits from NYC Building department, filing for all Special Inspections, Coordinating, planning and scheduling all NYC DOB Progress and Final Inspections and all Special Inspections. Maintaining RFI and Submittal logs, entering GC's certified payroll onto the NYC SCA's electronic filing system (Expedition, CM13 a CITRIX protected Primavera program).

Recipient of the 2009 STV Project of the Year Award for a Courtyard Renovation Project at PS 198M.

Supervised the renovation of several High School Science Lab Projects, Libraries, Auditorium Sound and Lighting Systems and Computer Learning Centers.

Supervised over 20 projects for the installation of new programmable Fire Alarm systems and Electrical systems upgrade.

Supervised Union Electricians, Carpenters and Plumbers in the following projects:

JP Morgan/Chase Bank (MetroTech/Brooklyn) re-cabling project where new CAT 6 cables was installed throughout the data center, conference center, building office and fire safety systems on the lobby, second, third and fourth floor of JP MorganChase Credit Card Operation Center. ($3 million)

NPower Office Space and Data Center, approximately 4,000 sf of office space and a 400 sf data center. ($1 million)

Vornado Realty Trust Penn Plaza Projects, supervised the build out of pre-built office space for Vornado building management at 11 and 1 Penn Plaza and a bathroom renovation project at 11 Penn Plaza. ($1 million)

Tishman Speyer MetLife Building Bathroom Renovations, renovated 20 bathrooms on floors occupied by Dreyfus, Inc.. ($1.25 million)

Cantor Fitzgerald/BGE Partners, 199 Water St. and 110 East 59th St., supervised the build-out of office space and the upgrade of trading floors to meet the new 2008 NYC Fire Codes . ($0.5 million)

LABOR FOREMEN/SUPERINTENDENT (UNION)

Supervised many high-end, fast track projects with budgets up to $3.5 million in New York, NY. Mr. Taylor supervised up to 40 workers (union), which included subcontractors and company employees. All projects were completed on schedule and within the projects' budget. Mr. Taylor prepared daily progress reports and processed change orders. He conducted weekly job meetings and documented minutes. Project list included:

Build out of 10,000 sf of new office space on 35th-floor of the building, installation of a diesel back up generator on the 16th-floor building set back, a 4,000 sf Data center in the basement of the building.
