Personal Profile

I am a driven and proactive individual with 1 year of practical training and 3 years’ catering experience in the hospitality industry. In addition I have worked at Fedics Food Services as a Duty Manager for 3 years’. I have done practical training in assisting in all the sections of a kitchen as well as preparation of food. I am currently an Assistant Catering Manager and Head Chef and I am responsible for leading and inspiring the team as well as being in charge of the control of all kitchen operations and preparation of food to very high standards.

I have worked in New Zealand as a Volunteer as well as in South Africa, whilst following my passion; I believe that I have the Kiwi “can do” attitude that is vital to being successful in my new career,
