In Champ Energy Ventures Private Limited, I worked on production line of four stroke KIRLOSKAR diesel engines. These diesel engines further used in production of KIRLOSKAR GENERATORS.

My responsibility towards company is to provide well assembled diesel engines on production line. Before the assembly of these diesel engines, I ensure that the following parts are sub-assembled on sub-assembly stations for the production of engines.

These parts are as follow:

Crankcase, Crankshaft & Engine head, Camshaft

Piston head and piston rod, Camshaft

I also worked on final assembly line of the generator where I ensure the assembly of alternator(stator + rotor) to the shaft of diesel engine, upper and lower cowling, catcon box, catcon (exhaust pipe which is connected to engine exhaust outlet and have catalytic convertor),partition plate, control panel, air filter, muffler.

Organizing, planning and maintaining production lines.
