Evaluation of Anti-obesity activity of Garuga pinnata roxb in high fat diet induced rats.

• Anti-obesity activity of Garuga pinnata roxb in high fat diet induced obesity in rats was evaluated.

• Ethanolic extract of Garuga pinnata given to High fat diet induced the Albino Wistar rats for 28 days.

• Significant difference in body weight, BMI, biochemical estimation and anti-oxidant was observed compared to diabetic control group.

• In liver fat accumulation protected in Ethanolic extract of Garuga pinnata as compared to disease control group.
