Provided support and acted as the liaison to the Clients assigned and the Vendor/Strategic Partners. Acted as a liaison with national customers and vendors for billing, logistics, staffing and troubleshooting questions. Managed a staff of thirteen, oversaw daily operations of the Career Services Center (CRC) which served the entire Coachella Valley. Planned, coordinated and supervised the Career Resource Specialist, Case Managers and Job Coaches, who were responsible for assisting participants with disabilities and other employment barriers in obtaining and retaining competitive employment. Instrumental in the Coachella Valley CRC meeting the yearly enrollment, placement and retention goals within the first six months of 2014. Out of the five CRCs that comprised the Inland Empire Region, the Coachella Valley CRC was number one in 2014. Chaired the Safety Committee at both properties for 9 consecutive years and chaired the Palm Springs Business Council Community Relations Committee for 4 consecutive years.
