Operations Manager

Served as the Senior Operating Manager with full P&L responsibility for the strategic planning, development, and operations management for this manufacturing facility; scope of responsibility included the implementation of standard operating procedures, cost-effective production, staff scheduling to support all activities, quality assurance, human resources, safety, resource utilization, materials management, warehousing, and distribution.
