Duties:

• In charge of preventive maintenance, yearly inspections, breakdown on all the Frac Equipment( Frac Pumps, PCM, POD blenders, Frac Head, Hydrolic power Packs, Electric Generators, Designing and Installation of new Equipment on the vessel) .

• Performing PM and Breakdown on Frac, cementing and coiled tubing equipment (Nitrogen units, cement pump trucks and skids, batch mixers, vertical blenders, coil tubing power packs, coil tubing reels, C-pumps etc)

• Maintain, diagnose and repair varieties of Equipments/ units for coil tubing, cementing and sand control (well services and well intervention) such equipment includes: cement pump, power pack, injector head, mixer blender, nitrogen pump, skid, centrifugal pumps, Hydraulic power pack, automatic transmissions, high and low pressure pneumatic compressors, gearboxes, PTO’s, generators, 12/24v electrical systems, drive train components, high pressure pumps and varieties of other energy service equipments.

Install commission and test equipment ensuring they are in good working condition.

• Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of heavy duty diesel engines, (Detroit, Cat, Cummins, Perkins and International). Rotating equipment-Alignment of components (e.g. Motor to the pump alignment) during installation.

• Repair and maintenance of well servicing heavy duty trucks. This involves carrying out standard equipment maintenance (STEM2) on Peterbilt, Freightliner, Kenwothand Mercedes Trucks and crane.
