Subject: Wolfpack Shoutout
WOLFPACK,
I would just like to take a moment to recognize a HUGE accomplishment last month by one of our SAs here in the Wolfpack; Malonis Thompson from Dayton sold 18.5 & leased 15 deals last month for a total of 33.5. He ended November ranked #10 in sales, and with his leases he should be close to the top if not #1 last month. Malonis understands the importance of each program and is able to create a high level sense of urgency with his customers to make DriveTime the only place that they want to work to purchase/lease a vehicle. Malonis since joining us in May of this year possesses a high motor drive that the management team here in Dayton pushes on a daily basis. It also creates a very competitive environment for our team, and assisted with propelling us towards our big time finish last month even with only 4 SAs. He is committed to his goal of reaching 50 sales/leases each month during tax season months coming up ;) . Please join me in congratulating him on an amazing month!

The official start of our tax season hours - Monday, January 18th and the end date is April 17th. Each dealership should have received new store hour decals that can be placed on the entrances of your stores. All retail hours will be 9am to 9pm Monday through Saturday. Please post the new store hour decals to your doors by EOB on the 16th. If you should need additional store hour decals please reach out to Emily Burnett.
As we begin to prepare for 2016’s upcoming tax season, we are excited to announce a couple of new retail initiatives!
In years past, DriveTime had a policy to not permit PTO during tax season. This tax season we have the staffing to support 1 day of PTO per month, per employee. Please follow current PTO guidelines with this.
Also, our GM’s will be given the flexibility and opportunity to create flexible scheduling versus a one size fits all schedule across the country. Our expectations are that it will be based on best coverage for working leads and giving the best customer service as possible as well as taking into consideration the demographics of each store. We spent 2015 focusing on our staffing efforts so what better time to be able to do this?
You all have afforded us the ability to set up for and even better 2016, I personally can’t wait to see what you bring this year.
Keep up the good work!
Thank you,
Chris
