With the headquarters based in Antwerp, Belgium they operate through 48 offices in 32 countries in Europe, Russia, the Caucasus and Central Asia, and a worldwide network of approved partners and agents. Under my supervision, for 7 years consecutively, the offices where I worked were chosen as best performing office in the CEE.

Gosselin Mobility Belgium (HQ) 2010-2014 Executive Manager Move Management

Provided daily key & strategic advice to the Director of the division. Extensively occupied with process improvement, data integrity, quality control, RFP’s, staff (recruiting, coaching, and training), ERP system study to have it replaced by the time I left, defining & reviewing KPI’s, compliance and renewal of (industry) accreditations such as ISO, FIDI.

Gosselin Mobility Romania 2008-2010 General Manager

Set up a Greenfield office (within 3 months) to replace the rep office at the eve of the financial crises and was break even within a year. Called back due to group savings program as a result of the crises.
