Duties and Responsibilities:
I have responsibility for preparing mass mailing to various organizations and individuals serviced by Melwood. This includes metering outgoing mail and delivering mail to the U.S. Post Office. When incoming mail is received I sort and distribute the mail to its appropriate designation for the entire organization.
Serve as shipping and receiving point of contact for Melwood.
As telephone and cell phone bills are received I reconcile the bills from each service provider and prepare an Excel spreadsheet that is comprised of data related to the amount of usage and charges incurred by each department.
Make arrangements for repairs of Xerox machines, printers and telephones.
Inventory all packaging and mailing materials to ensure adequate supplies for mass mailings as well as day to day mailings.
Maintain files of all repairs and provide invoices to the finance office.
Make arrangements for, and issue employee badges.
Assist with researching regular and/or alternate methods to be followed to procure, issue, maintain, repair, or replace expendable and non-expendable goods and services.
Relieve receptionist at the front desk and answer phones and great patrons.
Accomplishments: Restructured the quality of mail production while working as a team player by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
