Prepare lists of preventive maintenance and monitor its implementation and supervise their implementation.

Develop corrective & shut down activates & schedules for different machine
Prepare issue, follow up & coordinate with all sections to prepare kiln major shut down plan .
Providing advice and support on the development of specific system .
Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of event for a particular maintenance job .
Prepare the schedule for all plant machinery including the lubricant make up & change .
Super vise carrying out all the lubrication schedules through daily, weekly & yearly plan .
Suggest alternate lubricant .
Calculate the annual consumption and cost for lubricant .
Follow up the lubricant stocks in the store and suggest or modify min./max. levels .
