2015 Managed the overhaul of employee handbook, updating policies, including redesign of an outdated document to an interactive searchable digital handbook.
2015 Developed and revised guidelines for policies and procedures to close the gap and mitigate risks associated with driving, travel, campus safety, off campus activities and working with minors.
2014 Revised existing and developed new university policy for compliance and best practice.
2013 Developed various training programs for Red Flags Compliance, Mandatory Reporting, Harassment, Wage & Hour, and Timekeeping to address ongoing issues and mitigate risk to the university. Developed surveys and quizzes for effectiveness.
