Research title: Experimental Investigation of Process Parameters for Powder Mixed Electric Discharge Machining on Stainless Steel 304.

Description: Dissertation.

Abstract: Experimental investigation presents the influence of pulse on time, current and concentration of powder on the Material Removal Rate (MRR) and Electrode Wear Rate (EWR). The result indicates that as the current and pulse on time increases the MRR and EWR also increases, however by increasing the concentration of powder in EDM oil, increasing of MRR and decreasing of EWR takes place.

Training: Six month training at Neel Metal Products Ltd. (JBM Group), Gurgaon.
