Project:

TD Bank- Wealth Business Unit is in process of cultural change with implementing TIARA recommendation and moving from Waterfall methodology to Agile methodology for software development processes.

Responsibilities:

Worked as Agile Coach/ Scrum Master and helped various project teams to move from traditional waterfall model to Agile model. Excellent understanding of Agile terms (EPIC, User Stories, Story Points etc..) and hands on experience on tools (Confluence, JIRA).
