I have recently relocated to the Akron, Ohio area for family and available to start almost immediately.

I believe I am the perfect candidate for this position based on my unique yet dynamic background of project management, management and sales. While my sales background is most relevant my true passion is leading teams, managing projects and solving problems. My sales experience has taught me how to communicate effectively with different personality types which helps create a positive environment in many situations.

I completely understand the ins and outs of a large insurance company being a licensed agent for nearly 7 years now. I also bring to the table the understanding and knowledge of being a co-owner and co-founder of a company named Mountek. (www.mountek.com.) I along with one other person took an idea and fabricated prototypes in his garage. We created everything from the ground up, the business plan, the marketing strategy, the buying channels everything. 12 years later the company is still growing. While my day to day involvement is almost non-existent I still sit on the board of directors for this company and I am a stakeholder

During my project management career I was managing three projects (large tract home projects) under E.F.L. specifications. (The most energy efficient tract homes ever built in the U.S.) Over 2200 homes built. I'm great at problem solving and utilizing available resources at completing the job on time and under budget as well as crashing and fast tracking. Thinking “outside of the box” to reach a common goal. Project management and procurement are almost synonymous in nature.

On the side I have written many business plans for small companies addressing the "who, what, where, when and how" of their business, including a business plan for "Cold Fusion Technology". I have also worked under one of my grad school professors addressing business efficiency utilizing LEAN management and the business models from IBM and Hewlett Packard which also provides me with "Green Management" experience.
