During my project management career I was managing three projects (large tract home projects) under E.F.L. specifications. (The most energy efficient tract homes ever built in the U.S.) Over 2200 homes built. I'm great at problem solving and utilizing available resources at completing the job on time and under budget as well as crashing and fast tracking. Thinking “outside of the box” to reach a common goal. Project management and procurement are almost synonymous in nature.
On the side I have written many business plans for small companies addressing the "who, what, where, when and how" of their business, including a business plan for "Cold Fusion Technology". I have also worked under one of my grad school professors addressing business efficiency utilizing LEAN management and the business models from IBM and Hewlett Packard which also provides me with "Green Management" experience.
