Hold complete responsibility for all financial functions within the $90M Business Development group. Redesigned the Operating Plan process to align Sales and Service Delivery goals, standardized compensation plans & commission structure, improved performance measuring and reporting.
Initiated a new accounting process to amortize earned commission greater than $50K over term of contract instead of expensing when paid. Resulted in deferral of $1.5M of expense in current fiscal year.
Streamlined Deal Review Governance process and instituted approval thresholds improving cycle time and reducing participants saving 4,500 man hours or $350K.

Led due diligence efforts on the $40M acquisition of US-based CompIQ, as well as the $40M acquisition of the Argentina-based Grupo Multivoice.

Division Operations Manager (2001 - 2007)
Managed the $63M Image Solutions Division of ACS which was comprised of four separate business units: Field Operations, Record Center, On-Site Solutions and Datasurance. Held full accountability for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Balance Sheet and Income Statement, as well as preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly actual reviews.
Partnered with the Sales organization on new opportunities and deal review modeling, including growing the existing customer base, minimizing customer erosion and managing customer and vendor relationships.
Led due diligence efforts on the proposed divestiture of the $63M Image Solutions Division (10% EBIT), including developing a business plan for acquisitions post-divestiture to consolidate smaller players into a sole source provider. Although a decision was made not to sell, the efforts led to multiple offers for the business.
Reduced overhead and fixed costs through the consolidation of 10 locations over three years, contributing to an approximate $2M contribution to pre-tax profits and headcount savings.
Negotiated numerous subcontract agreements for customers being outsourced to local providers, maximizing company profitability with respect to incremental facility and headcount costs.
