Worked closely with United Auto Workers (UAW) to communicate pension amount adjustments. Took initiative to follow up with the communications to retirees or divisional Human Resource Departments. Successfully worked with other departments to meet project deadlines and complete researched related to policy and procedure changes. 100% of projects were completed on time.
Developed a procedure to research necessary information that was missing on personnel documentation. Once completed, documents could be sent for recalculation. Process reduced calculation errors by 35%.
