The company was failing license reviews. Learned the MN rules/statutes; organized system to help the agency review all the programs in a clear and concise manner; passed further license reviews.
Inherited unstable programming and management tenure. Attended training and developed program uniformity. Trained management on compliance issues. Resulted in consistent and stable programming and reduced management turnover.
Unemployment claims were out of control. Studied unemployment laws and trained middle management on documentation. There have been no paid unemployment claims in 5 years.
Company lacked networking support. Joined organizations and established relationships that resulted in a lead system for clients.
State of MN issued new service quality improvement regulations. Have completed paperwork and now in data collection process. Has resulted in identification of additional staff training initiatives.

Needed better communication and records for Social Workers and care providers. Developed “goal template” for child and foster parents that allowed all relevant parties to access latest information. Communication and record keeping both improved.
