• Created and implemented a pilot program to help reduce workplace injuries. In its inaugural year, injuries were reduced by 86% when compared to the previous year and the client reported $900,000 cost savings. The next year, the program was expanded with addition staff to provide more hours of coverage and continued to provide innovative services and value.
• From the program’s inception and subsequent success, other companies contracted with Concentra to provide similar on site services. Currently, there are approximately 25+ Athletic Trainers, Certified (ATC) employed in Concentra work site programs nationwide.
