Juvenile Probation Officer: Worked with juveniles that were adjudicated delinquent. Worked with juveniles, families, schools, counselors and numerous outside agencies to developed case plans for juveniles and their families to succeed and be held accountable for their actions. Monitored juveniles and their families by monthly office and home visits, behavior and grades at school and provided other services as ordered by the court. Assisted in the daily duties of the Baxter County Alternative School with a student population of approximately 70 members.

Special Education Automated Software for Pre-k to Senior High School Districts
Project Manager/Team Leader: Supervised a team six who implemented and provided customer service for the Special Education Software Program (SEAS) program in 17 states. Researched, developed and implemented state specific requirements for each state.
National Implementation Specialist: Traveled to schools districts throughout the United States to meet with Special Education Directors and staff to develop a plan to implement the software program. This included, but not limited to, district specific forms, business rules, and data conversions/interfaces, developed training modules and trained staff on the program. Provided customer service and continued training once the program was implemented.
