Currently managing a staff of 27 Hourly and 2 Salaried employees providing 24 hour support of a 7 day operation that includes food processing systems, packaging, and freezing of a variety of edible products. Develop and deliver Capital Projects and manage the budget for all departmental expenses. Respond to all emergency calls regarding critical process equipment and facility assets.

Maintenance Site Manager at Quant Services formerly ABB Full Service (September 2014 – October 2015) Winnsboro, South Carolina

Daily management of the maintenance team consisting of 19 direct hire and 4 contract employees at an ISO 9001 TS 16949 certified manufacturing plant that provides components used in the manufacturing of tires.
