Validating with internal report with invoice for Quantity,

Cheking the Containers rates on vendor invoice,

PO will amend based on the invoice after verification process,

Purchase order sends to the vendors for clearing the payments.

Deals with Port Expenses like Berthing, Pilotage, Mooring …etc,
