Presently employed in M/s. JAYPEE BINA THERMAL POWER PLANT Operation [BHEL Model only Power Plant Natural Circulation Single Drum Two Pass, 810X2 TPH, 5400C, 155 kg/cm2, 250X2 MW with Turbines (IP, HP, LP) BHEL Model], as a TURBINE operator, Village-Sirchopi, P.O. Box NO. 1, Sub Post Office - Agasod, Post Office : Bina - 470113, Distt-Sagar (M.P.) from 09.01.2013 to till date. At present both units are in running condition .

APPRENTIENCE:

One year apprenticeship in HINDALCO INDURSTRIES LIMITED, (Aditya Birla Group), Renukoot, Sonebhadra (U.P.) from 16th June 2011 to 15th June 2012 as a Fitter.

OPERATION & MAINTANANCE :-

1-Coordinating with work men along with respective departments about change or modification done in the assembly of machines.

2- Involved in the Emergency hand landing of turbine system and making stable unit in the least time.

JAYPEE THERMAL POWER PLAN (250X2MW)

I’ am looking after mechanical maintenance & operation of CFBC thermal power plan (250x2mw) JBINA Sagor MP.

Working as turbine operator involved in following inspection of system.

1-BFP Pump and lube oil system.

2-Seal oil and SCCW system.

3-ACW & DMCW pump and PHE system.

4-Condenser and vacuum pump.

5-MOT,luboil pump & centrifuge of turbine.

6-CEP pump & GSC,CPU .

7-EH oil & JOP pump.

8-Regenerative feed heating system (LP &HP heater).

9-Generator in H2 and CO2 gas filling system.

10-Hydrazin & ammonia dozing system.

11-HP & LP bypass system.

12-Online condenser tube cleaning system.

13-CST and Compressor system.

ACADEMIC PROFILE:

3-I.T.I.(Fitter) From Institute of Sardar Patel I.T.C. Kailhat Chunar, Mirzapur in the year 2007 to 2009 with 86.34% marks.

2-Intermediate 2006 From U.P. Board 56.6%.
