I developed the program from the ground-up and implemented all operational details for this new component parts sales program selling to the automotive remanufacturing service aftermarket. During the first full year of program operation the sales exceeded $6 million.

I was responsible for all automotive OEM customers including New Business Development (GM, Ford, Chrysler and Hyundai). I successfully managed negotiation efforts for all OEM contracts. I also managed Autocraft’s overall Detroit Sales Office Operations including a 12 person 1-800 customer call-in program for Ford dealers in the U.S. and Canada. I implemented and maintained all ISO and QS 9000 quality system requirements for the Detroit Sales Office.
