Hi-fi Company Ltd SARL. I started as Procurement and Supply Chain Manager and with the tasks of managing a complete procurement and distribution programmes for the company. Maintained adequate level of stocks in warehouses; Negotiated sales and purchasing contracts; Issued purchase orders according to plan data; Later promoted to the rank of SENIOR MANAGER of Resource Procurement and Distribution Logistics and during, which I carried out the following tasks for the company: routine administration, coordination, and control of the overall transport and distribution operations; managed people, equipment and finances involved in transportation; worked on improving the customer’s delivery services, vehicle operations, route planning and loading; enhanced the business earning capacity of the company; managed the company integrated logistics and operations, cost effectiveness, budget monitoring and estimates.

Headed the Advisory Committee on project developments, proposed regular reviews on safety plans and implementation, attended to incidents, conducted safety and performance investigations, ensured that health and safety regulation s were adhered to and recommendations being made where necessary for further improvements. I have been responsible for about 210 staff of various capacities and locations across the department. I am responsible to the General Manager.
