1. One year working in Bio mass 8 MW power plant [2012 2013] 2. Three years working in Cement plant JSW cements pvt. ltd [2013 till now] Current Work Profile:

a. Presently Looking the Maintenance of All HT/LT Motors, HT/LT PCC and MCC Maintenance, HT/LT Capacitors, Soft starters and planning and execution of daily jobs, shut down jobs. NATURE OF WORKS IN DETAIL

● 6.6KV, 690V HT Motors, Panels and LT induction motors, PCC & MCC Panels with safety and doing the Risk assessment, hazard identification before taking the job.

● Cable tray route modifications as per the site conditions and erection of cable trays with standard supports.

● HT & LT cables, control cables laying and termination with standard double earthlings for cables and equipment’s.

Maintenance:

● Periodical maintenance of HT, LT Squirrel cage and Slip ring induction motors and transformers for increasing the equipment running hours without breakdown.

● Maintaining the equipment maintenance, Breakdown history with measuring points like Temperatures, Vibrations (Creating notifications & measuring Documents) of all equipment’s.

● Periodical Maintenance of Battery and Battery chargers for required output voltage in both Float & Boost mode for 110V DC control supply.

● Maintenance of all types lighting works [HPSV, MH, LED, CFL etc.].

● Energy conservation by providing nature switches for lighting load.

● Maintaining the spare parts, consumables for all equipment’s within the inventory control.

● Maintenance of belt conveyor pull cord system i.e. pull cord rope tension checking and pull cord switch maintenance to avoid the any minor incidents. Safety Aspect:

● Attended the First aid & Power medicine training class.

● Attended the training class on Fire Safety and learned how to extinguish fire using different type’s fire extinguishers.

● Strictly following the Lock out and Tag out (LOTO) system for electrical isolation of equipment’s during regular maintenance to avoid the accidents.

● Attended the training class on electrically operated overhead trolley cranes operation like hoist, rope positions while lifting the load, and maintenance of brake motors, limit switches

● Tool box talk with workmen for daily activities

● Work Permit, Preliminary Risk assessment & Risk Assessment preparation & implementation for all works
