1.PRESENTLY WORKING AT :
•Organization : Encotec Energy Indian Limited.

AS A TURBINE FIELD OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
•Smooth operation of turbine and their auxiliaries by maintaining operational parameters.
•Involving Mechanical preventive maintenance of turbine and their auxiliaries.
•Emergency handling like BLACK OUT,TUBE LEAKAGE, any type of unit start up.
•Annual shut down and over-hauling activities like boiler washing,SRLDC checking valves operation checking, air leak test and hydro test etc.
•Unit I&II stabilization efficient and economical operation.
•Run the centrifuge.[At least 8 hours in a day].
•Maintain the main oil tank level and top up,if the level drops below normal level.
•Maintain the lube oil temperature less than 50 deg C at oil cooler outlet.
•Note : Take EOP trial once in a week in the early shift.
•Problems attended: Condenser tube failure, HP Heater tube leakage, DCS over hanging, Turbine re-commissioning works
•Problems faced: Turbine bearing housing fire,Governing valves cables fire,BFP impeller damage.
AS A AHP PLC & FIELD OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITYS :
•Working as Desk Engineer in operation Dept of the Ash handling plant.
•Monitoring the ESP Conveying Fields by operating the PLC programming through HMI in control room as a Desk Engineer.
•Operation and Maintenance of ESP Field Transformers by maintaining operational parameters in this plant.
•Operation of Service air Compressors for Ash conveying systems.
•Operating of the Electrical motors and Feeder Panels in AHP & ESP.
•Coordination with maintenance team at the time of Annual inspection, shut down,
Preventive maintenance and Break down maintenance.
• Ensuring Electrical & Mechanical operating safety while issuing work permit.

•Smooth operation of MCW (Main cooling water pump house),ACW(Auxiliary cooling water pump house) & LDO(Light diesel oil pump house) and their auxiliaries by maintaining operational parameters.
