unjust enrichment, civil conspiracy, CCPA, Carmack Amendment, misappropriation of trade
secrets, adverse possession; conduct agency appeals
Research potential litigation claims, supervise outside domestic & international counsel, work
with co-counsels, expert witnesses and arbitrators in complex domestic & international
litigation and arbitration cases
Retain and supervise international counsel to handle Grynberg Companies litigation and/or
manage litigation teams in Ireland, Israel, Denmark, Greenland, and The Bahamas, including
drafting pleadings and case strategy
Highlights: Obtained $350,000 default judgment in complex fraud case; secured successful
settlement against major airline; developed winning strategy in ICC International Court of
Arbitrations case that helped client to retain 100% ownership of oil & gas wells in multi-
million dollar JV; procured and developed expert witness for multi-million dollar arbitration;
developed successful legal challenge to $2M breach of contract claim and obtained its
dismissal; successfully represented three multimillion dollar trusts in a lawsuit against six
defendants, managed case and defeated series of Motions for Summary Judgment and
Motions to Dismiss contemporaneously filed by six defendants in complex commercial
litigation; managed case and developed an innovative successful legal challenge/drafted
successful responsive brief to federal preemption-based Motion to Dismiss to defeat the said
Motion in a million-dollar complex commercial litigation that was then successfully settled;
represented President & CEO in a lawsuit against a major bank under CCPA, a case covered
by media; successfully represented President & CEO in a $40Million breach of contract
dispute with a major bank obtaining results favorable to the client
