Designed a proto type using CATIA v5 r22 and Pro-E.
Analyzed the prototype in CATIA v5r22 and solid works x64.
A work piece which can hold various weight samples and which can bear the high temperature samples was manufactured using CNC machining, MIG welding, Boring and Drilling process and all the necessary programming for the CNC machines were written using MASTER CAM.
An Electronic induction heater furnace was setup and the necessary water connections was given using a 3/4manifold for the water outlet and 2/1 manifold for the water inlet and an 8-gauge wire for the electrical setup.

Collection of E-Scrap from various dumping centers and identifying the scrap for the possibilities of recovery.

Masters: Melting Temperature Dependent Separations of Metallic Electronic Wastes and Wires Using Induction Heat and Centrifugal Forces.
Designed a prototype to recycle E-waste (Electrical Wires).
Design software’s PRO-E and CATIA were used to design the prototype and CNC milling machine, welding machines and other mechanical techniques were operated to manufacture the design.

Used a double acting hydraulic cylinder of standard specifications Bore 80mm and Stroke 50mm, and a pneumatic cylinder of standard specifications Bore 125mm and Stroke 50mm.
For controlling the timing of the stroke I have used a solenoid actuated direction control valve, i.e. I have used a spool type 4/3 (4-port and 3-position) solenoid actuated DCV for hydraulic cylinder and a 5/3 (5-port and 3-position) solenoid actuated DCV for pneumatic cylinder.
A typical pressure gauge used is a Bourdon tube, for adjusting the pressure control valves.
Developed a fabrication technique for the sheet metal forming using Hydro Pneumatic Punching Machine.
Punching the sheet of varying thickness at the same time.
A roller assembly was used for automatic feeding of the metal sheet.
Whole design was atomized using a MC 8051 micro controller, transistors and relays.
Conducted the comparative study on both the concepts.
Further studies on other forming operations by changing tool and die were studied.
