SUMMARY

I am a demolition and construction project manager/ General superintendent with strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving skills with precise attention to detail. I have a passion for safety and the ability to confront unsafe conditions and implement positive changes. I have safely and successfully supervised and managed jobsite operations for 20 years during which I have managed all types and sizes of heavy equipment efficiently. I have managed craft personnel and I frequently work with NNSA on the performance of demolition projects and remodels in the Oak Ridge Reservation. I have managed demolition projects requiring asbestos abatement. As well, I am strongly versed with safety standards and knowledgeable of all aspects of site development, including highly secured facility requirements. I have multi tasked on many multi million dollar projects simultaneously for General Contractors such as BB Contracting, Blaine, Merit, and RTC with up to seventy five crew members per job site. Projects ranged from $25,000 to $7 million. I have managed safely, and on time, within budget every facet of governmental and commercial site development. These projects included: underground utilities, above ground drainage, sediment ponds, wetland conservation and remediation, design of lay down area access, drainage and internal roads. Supervised cut/fill operation up to 800 thousand yards. I have also managed the demolition of various sized buildings and their supporting utilities and structures. I work closely with client representatives and sub tier representatives to resolve matters in the field before they became issues. I have involved in all facets of the projects from estimating, proposals, and scheduling to completion of the project safely.

WORK HISTORY

6/24/15 present Project manager Ogden brothers construction Around the Clock fitness Tenant Build out, value engineering This 3 Million dollar project was a total demo and rebuild with a mezzanine as well I provided the entire safety as well as supervision and QC from start to finish. Approximately 40,000 square foot and was a success with many challenges. 11/01/12 – 6/11/15 General Superintendent, Construction Technologies Specialists, Inc. Oak Ridge, TN.

● OST/VMF Remodel – A s a General Superintendent, I provide field management to ensure safety and the requirements of the SOW were met, overseeing daily activities including the installation of security fences, fire water lines, skylights, roof repairs, garage doors, and the remodeling of the interior of single story office complex to a two story office and training center. As well as Skylights, High bay coiling doors, perimeter fence, High security fence/gates, Crash gates, back up E GEN all completed on time and under budget.

● Los Alamos National Laboratory – As a General Superintendent, I worked on various building demolitions that required asbestos remediation, as well as, Universal Waste.

● Sandia National Labs, OST Warehouse, Albuquerque, NM. – A s a General Superintendent, I assisted with the erection of a 100 X 80 warehouse.

● Fort Chaffee, OST Armory, Fort Smith, AR. – B uilding addition. 10/10/10 – 2012 Project Superintendent, BB Contracting LLC. Louisville, TN.

● TDOT Sidewalk Project in Norris, TN. – T his project was a Heavy Civil mile long sidewalk with four boardwalks incorporated into the project to accommodate for wetland areas and it was completed on time, as well as, under budget.

● Campbell County High School Jrotc/ Auditorium Remodel – T his project was a combination of new construction of the Jr. ROTC building and remodel of the high school auditorium completed on time, as well as, under budget. 2000 – 2010 Owner, Contracting Specialist Inc.
