Quality Assurance Specialist

Managed the Quality Department performed APQP, Process series and ISIR, PPAP, TS-16949 documentation, FMEA, Control Plan, Gage R&R, SPC activities, as well as monitoring the plant PPMs, KPIs, oversaw 8Ds for both customer and supplier and supplier issues. Hired on with EMITEC after working with them as a Contract Quality Engineer.

I Reported to upper management on KPIs, including plant PPMs, as-well-as the status of both customer and supplier 8Ds. I Reviewed all 8Ds and performed follow up investigation. Set-up and lead containment process and lead the Material Review Board and reported findings to the Plant Manager and then the plant associates. As a part of a team documented and reviewed all Control Plans. I performed supplier audits to ensure conformance to the QMS.
