MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily inspection: Segment delivery, before/after ring building and Mortar grout (Temperature, Slumps).
Check for the Steps, Cracks, Lips and Gaps after the ring building.
Overlook during the Secondary grouting, Repairing works (Gasket/Structural Injection and Finishing) Invert Concrete before & after casting (Pre-pouring, Pouring & Post Pouriing).
Review the materials and equipments submittals to ensure the procedure is properly documented, implemented, monitored and fully comply to the Project Requirements and QMS.
Ensuring that Hold and Control Points are implemented concerning materials receiving, inspection, acceptance or rejection throughout all the phases of the Project.
Cross Passages Works: (from segment removal – break-in only).
Daily reports, Document submittals, Log update and other documentations required.
Determine all standards during inspection to maintain high quality standards.
Supervise with effective implementation of all inspection and test to ensure the adherence of all procedures.
Assist with employees to ensure the knowledge to maintain of all quality standards.
Manage of all work methods and maintain knowledge to recommend corrective action for all process.
To communicate and coordinate to Seniors, PMC, Construction as well in Subcontractors.
To raised Non-Conformance Report (NCR) once the activities deviated from the required standard.
