Expertise in modeling and validate DFEM (Detailed Finite Element Model) as per Airbus and PAG standards. Modifying DFEM as per new repair proposals, validating DFEM with GFEM and creating a new justification report for proposed repair solutions. Below are few repairs performed on A350-XWB:

1)Shear web sizing (Titanium instead of CFRP) at lower shell water tank cradle connection section 16-18, Static and Fatigue justification

2)Static justification of delamination of skin (Far field and Door surround), Stringer damages.

3)Thickness deviation, damagame tolerance analyis and fasteners justification of L-chord, Y-chord and Shearweb of rear pressure bulkhead.

4)Stringer cut justification section 13-14 and 16-18 for Impact damages. Static and Fatigue justification of titanium doubler with fasteners, stability check for stringer doubler repair.

5)Responsible for Section Integration section 13-14 Primary structure concessions (Frames, Lap joints, Frame Couplings, X-Paddles, Z-Struts, C-Struts, Corner fittings Frame to cargo floor connections, Frame to Cross beam connections)

6)Performed calculations & report update for SRM a350-900 fuselage.

7)Sizing of Sewing Angle(Connecting Belly fairing to Lower fuselage MSN 1-4 ) Joint strength analysis, Unfolding analysis of L-Clip, Damage tolerance for low impacts, Inter rivet buckling, Filled hole analysis for net section and bypass loads (06.2011-02.2012).
